Air Ambulance Medevac by air is available from all island airports in the Cook Islands.

Aitutaki has airport night lighting permitting 24/7 operations. All other islands are restricted to daylight operations. Our aircraft is equipped with an approved stretcher installation and life support equipment.

Medical personnel from Rarotonga Hospital are utilised to support medical evacuations.
