We regret that you chose to cancel your trip.

For security reasons it is general business practice to not refund directly to credit card and to always refund 'as paid' - this means we refund to the same form of payment you used to make your reservation.

For a refund you can either call our call center +682 22888 7 am and 6 pm Monday to Saturday, Cook Islands time, (excluding public holidays) or by submitting information below.

Please note that only Fully Flexible fares purchased through our web site can be refunded back to credit card by us. For all other Saver, Special. Seat Only and Last Minute fares you can only use your voucher towards future travel within 12 months from original booking date.

If you have mixed fares - please note we can only refund the vouchers for flexible fares with the rest being available towards future travel for 12 months from original booking date.

If you booked or ticketed with a travel agent or another airline please contact your travel agent or ticketing Airline for refunds.

Please only send us the Voucher Code and not the voucher PIN, the voucher PIN is required only for paying with a voucher code on our web site.
